主动提出一个CTA方案(邮寄产品目录),但你一定不要问潜在客户需不需要产品目录,因为如果客人说不要,你将非常被动。正确的做法是通过另外的问题来转移客人的选择,你先默认客户是要产品目录的,然后让客人选择是要电子版还是纸质版。这样带有心理暗示的问题,在销售中是非常普遍和重要的。
